Sino-German Young Research Symposium "Nanopharmaceuticals"

From April 6th to 8th, 30 young and established scientists from China, Germany and neighboring countries will meet at LMU to present their research in the field of nanopharmaceuticals.

The interdisciplinary research field "Nanopharmaceuticals" deals with the development of drug nanoformulations and transporters as well as other therapeutic and diagnostic systems in the nanoscale. For this purpose, findings of synthetic chemistry, materials science, nanotechnology, biophysics as well as pharmaceutical and medical sciences are linked for a targeted medical application.
